摘 要

拉丁舞是国际体育舞蹈的1个门类,包括桑巴舞、伦巴舞、斗牛舞、恰恰舞和牛仔舞。从国外传入我国后便在我国得到了迅速的发展,然而伦巴舞又是拉丁舞中最基础而且是最具有魅力的1门,被称为是“拉丁舞之魂”,所以想学好拉丁舞就1定要学好伦巴舞,而且学习伦巴舞的基础很重要,它是贯穿整个拉丁舞的精髓。那么伦巴舞的教学和伦巴舞的学习自然成了教师和学生共同关注和讨论的话题。那伦巴舞应该怎样教学呢?本人通过自己多年来的学习,通过对学生进行元素的基础教学、分解、组合教学和相似思维教学,使学生更好的掌握伦巴舞的基础、细节动作、完整舞步和伦巴舞的情感,并且分析了在教学过程中学生会发生错误动作的原因及纠正的方法,取得了良好的教学效果。

关键词:伦巴舞;技术特征;教学方法

ABSTRACT

Latin dance is a dance of international sports disciplines, including samba, senior dance, bull dance, just dance and cowboy dance. From abroad into our country will in the country has developed rapidly, but senior dance is Latin dance, the most basic and most of the charm of a door, called the "Latin dance of the soul", so to learn Latin dance must learn concentration dance, and learning traits dance foundation is very important, it runs through the entire Latin dance the essence. Then premier dance teaching and learning naturally became a senior dance teachers and students to discuss common concerns and to the topic. It highlighted how teaching dance? I through their years of study, students through elements of the basis of teaching, decomposition, teaching and composition similar mentality teaching, so that students better grasp the premier dance foundation, the details of movements, complete dance steps and the emotional traits and analysed in the process of teaching students the wrong moves of the causes and corrective methods, achieved good teaching results.
